Six Steps to Success

From foundation to finishing, master every stage of construction

1

Foundation Preparation

Excavate and level the building site, install reinforced concrete footings, and ensure proper drainage. The foundation must be perfectly level to accommodate the precision interlocking system.

2

First Course Layout

Position the initial row of bricks along the foundation perimeter. Use string lines and levels to ensure perfect alignment. This course sets the template for all subsequent layers.

3

Interlocking Assembly

Stack subsequent courses using the dry-stack method. Each brick interlocks with those below and beside it, creating a self-aligning wall system that requires no mortar between units.

4

Corner & Opening Integration

Install corner units and frame door and window openings. The modular design allows for precise placement of lintels and jambs without custom cutting or complex formwork.

5

Vertical Reinforcement

Insert rebar through the hollow cores at specified intervals. Fill reinforced cells with grout to create continuous vertical columns that provide seismic and wind resistance.

6

Roof & Finishing

Install the bond beam and roof structure. Complete electrical and plumbing rough-ins through the hollow cores. Apply sealants and finishes to achieve the desired aesthetic and weatherproofing.
