Assembly Methodology

Core principles and techniques that make interlocking construction revolutionary.

Core Principles

The foundational concepts behind our assembly methodology

Dry-Stack Construction

Bricks are placed without mortar between courses, relying on precision engineering and gravity for stability. This eliminates mortar curing time and reduces material costs while enabling rapid construction.

Modular Alignment

Each brick is designed to align perfectly with adjacent units through standardized dimensions and interlocking features. This creates consistent wall thickness and ensures structural uniformity throughout the building.

Self-Correcting Design

The interlocking mechanism naturally guides bricks into correct position, reducing the need for skilled labor. Minor misalignments are automatically corrected as each course is completed.

Reversible Assembly

Unlike mortared construction, interlocking bricks can be disassembled and reused. This enables design modifications during construction and supports sustainable building practices through material recovery.

Assembly Techniques

Master these key techniques for successful construction

Horizontal Stacking

Bricks are laid in a running bond pattern with each course offset by half a brick length. The tongue-and-groove profile on each brick creates a secure horizontal connection that resists lateral forces and distributes loads evenly across the wall.

Corner Integration

Special corner units or alternating brick orientations create strong 90-degree connections. The interlocking pattern continues seamlessly around corners, maintaining structural integrity and eliminating weak points at wall intersections.

Vertical Connection

Hollow cores align vertically through multiple courses, allowing rebar insertion and grout filling at strategic intervals. This creates reinforced columns within the wall that provide exceptional resistance to vertical loads and seismic forces.

Precision in Practice

Our assembly methodology combines engineering precision with practical simplicity. Each technique has been refined through extensive field testing to ensure consistent results across diverse construction conditions.
